cream, water, sugar, mango puree, unbleached wheat cake flour, egg white, apricot glaze (sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, pectin, citric acid, trisodium citrate), expeller pressed canola oil, sugared egg yolk (egg yolk, sugar), coconut milk powder, passion fruit juice, egg white powder, passion fruit concentrate, rum, gelatin, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, potato starch), salt, pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, soybean oil), vanilla, guar gum.
Remove from packaging, cut cake while frozen, defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in cooler for 3 hours.
