Dulce de Leche mousse, diced poached pears, spiced sponge, white and milk chocolate pyramid shell.

Cream cheese, dulce de leche (milk, sugar, sodium bicarbonate), cream, white chocolate coating (sugar, fractionated vegetable fat (palm kernel oil), skimmed milk powder, lactose, emulsifier: soya lecithin), sugar, egg yolk, egg white, unbleached cake flour, sour cream (milk, cream, cultured skim milk, non fat milk solids, gelatin), dark chocolate (cocoa liquor, sugar, soya lecithin, vanilla), water, expeller canola oil, gelatin, pears, rum, lemon juice, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyraphosphate, potato starch), pumpkin spice, vanilla, salt.
Remove all plastic packaging. Defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in cooler for 3 hours. Decorate with our Coulis.
