Cream, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla), passion fruit puree, sugar, egg white, unbleached wheat flour, water, expeller canola oil, egg yolk, pistachio nuts, glaze (glucose, water, sugar, apricot, pectin), passion fruit concentrate, rum, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyraphosphate, potato starch), gelatin, vanilla, salt.
Remove all plastic packaging including plastic collar from cake. Defrost at room temperature for 1 hour or in cooler for 3 hours. Decorate with our Coulis.
